October 4th 2007 saw the opening of the first La Roche Health and Fitness Gym in Maidenhead.  Two years on and our second gym in Amersham opened for business on October 1st 2009.

La Roche understands that not everybody requires the same type of membership.   They are flexibile and can provide a membership to suit individual needs.  La Roche Maidenhead also has a ladies only gym area.  This allows females to exercise in the comfort and security of their own area.
 
What happens once you join?  All members receive a 1-2-1 session with a qualified Fitness Instructor who will set a fitness programme specific to the your goals and needs.  The ongoing support doesn’t stop there.  Every 6-8 weeks members are encouraged to have a review with their fitness instructor to amend their programme accordingly to continue working towards their goals.
