MAIDENHEAD

I have been a member of La Roche since it opened and seen it grow into what I think is the best club in town. The staff are friendly and its always a joy to come in and see smiling faces. The team make it feel like an extended family, not just a health and fitness club but a social network with friendly members. A home from home - Matthew Williams

For the last two years we have been swim only members at La Roche. The swim only membership fits into our lifestyle, giving access to the pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam areas. We have always found La Roche very welcoming as the staff are fun, and always on hand to offer advice. Most importantly for us it has a friendly atmosphere and I would recommend it to everybody - Mark Deane and family.
